Knowledge is power and we all know from Spiderman that with great power comes great responsibility. Knowing that we are all busy with work, play, family and giving back to our special neighborhood, if you have time to do one thing to stay informed about our city, it is Community Impact. We all receive the mailed version but if you go online, they have frequent news updates. I encourage everyone to bookmark it.

THE FLAGS ARE COMING !!
When former City Councilman Dennis Stewart and I decided to start up a Flag Program in Canyon Creek in 2008, we figured if we attracted 200 subscribers, we would do it every year. Well.....the 1st year we got 600, and now we are pushing 2,000. WOW
Our first Flag Display of the year is Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th. The Scouts will install them on Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28 and retrieve them a week later. The next display will be July 4th !
LISTEN UP FELLOW RESIDENTS ! If you HAVE NOT paid your $50 Flag Subscription, please do so by Monday, May 23 to insure that the Flag you ordered will be at your front curb on Memorial Day. If you are not sure you already paid, contact us at CCHAEMAIL@AOL.COM
Thanks for your continued support and participation.

Let us leverage that voice by summoning massive engagement with these surveys. They may be accessed here: www.cor.net/Home/Components/News/News/6238/73
Thank you and please remember that civil engagement is more productive than something less than civil. ... See MoreSee Less
