Canyon Creek consists of approximately 2,850 single family homes located in far northwest Richardson, Texas. The Homeowners Association has close to 2,000 members with about 75% participating in the neighborhood flag program.

Nestled throughout the neighborhood are jogging and bike trails, creeks, parks, large mature trees, beautiful landscaping, local shops, restaurants, boutiques and Canyon Creek Country Club. It also includes three elementary schools: Canyon Creek Elementary, Prairie Creek Elementary and Aldridge Elementary. Just to the west of the neighborhood lies the University of Texas at Dallas and to the east is City Line DFW.



A village style community within the incredible City of Richardson, Canyon Creek Homeowners is a voluntary association that continues to help improve the neighborhood and bring its residents closer together through events, parades and outdoor social gatherings with the help of volunteers and local vendors.
