About Membership
General Membership: $25 per year
Members enjoy the following benefits:

- Crime Watch Program - active Crime Watch Patrol & Management of Block Captains

- Coffee with the Council
- Beautification efforts such as Yard of the Qtr. recognition and managment of shared space updates through City matching funds
- Periodically apply free address painting to curbs
- Provide a copy of current Resident's Directory
- Neighborhood news/communication distribution via email and print efforts
- Neighborhood representation with City Leadership
Membership with Flag Program: $50 per year
This level of membership gives you all of the benefits of being a CCHOA member PLUS participation in the Flag Program. The Canyon Creek Homeowners Association Flag Program is running strong with over 1,600 flags displayed.
Four Patriotic Holidays are observed:
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Patriot Day (September 11)
- Veterans Day (November 11)
The flags are installed the Saturday on or prior to the actual holiday, and they are retrieved on the following Saturday. The neighborhood is divided into 10 separate installation routes that are assigned to Boy Scout Troops for installation and retrieval.
All membership dues are voluntary.
How to Join
The easiest way to join is by clicking the "Join Now" button below and signing up for our subscription based membership which automatically renews every year. All members who sign up with an online subscription by April 1, 2025 will receive a Canyon Creek HOA garden flag that they can proudly display in their yard.
If you wish to pay with a check, you can click the "Join by Mail" button below to print a copy of our Membership Form. You can mail or bring the form with your check to the Canyon Creek Postal Company at 508 West Lookout Dr.
If you can't print a copy of the form online, simply stop by Canyon Creek Postal and fill out a membership form there and pay the applicable amount (check only).
